Payment Policy
- You are required to pay your season dues as scheduled if not paid in full.
- Accounts not paid within 30 days of designated due dates will be assessed a $25 late fee and monthly interest rate of .83%. Not to exceed 10% per year.
- Any accounts over 90 days past due will be turned into a collection service.
- As a member of FC Evolution FC we assume your participation for the entire soccer year and will bill accordingly. You may cancel at anytime, but cancellation must be done in writing. Upon cancellation, all applicable fees are due in full. No refunds or discounts are given for cancellations that occur during a given session.
- All session fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each session to avoid player ineligibility, no exceptions.
Tournament Fees and Add-Ons Policy
- your session fees include local training and league games per session. (Note: this does not extra field rental or extra leagues teams decide to play in.)
- your session fees DO NOT INCLUDE National League), or other add-on events.
- FC Evolution reserves the right to add fees to your account based on participation in add-on events and expects prompt payment.
Cancellation Policy
A player may choose to cancel anytime. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING. If cancellation occurs during a session in progress (Fall, Winter 1, Winter 2, Spring), player is responsible for full payment of that session. All non-played future sessions will be refunded in full, less a 3% service fee.
