Our Mission
The mission of FC Evolution is to provide the best possible educational environment and player development opportunities. We want our players to reach their full potential in soccer and life. Every player will be provided with a challenging, supportive and rewarding environment that emphasizes the development of skill, understanding, character and the love of competition.

Our Vision
FC Evolution offers five distinct levels of play. . . Professional, Elite, Premier, Classic and Academy

Professional 
- Players from our Elite teams are identified for professional experience through WPSL affiliate Cleveland Ambassadors.  
- FC Evolution players receive opportunities to compete with current professional and college level players through Cleveland Ambassadors coaching staff.  
- These opportunities are aimed towards FC Evolution players transitioning from club to div 1 college teams who have demonstrated superior performance at the Elite levels.

Elite 
- To be eligible for Elite, players must first tryout and be placed on one of our premier teams. Players are constantly evaluated by their age group coaches and during combined training sessions. Only the best of the best players are selected. 
- Elite teams compete at the National and Regional levels against the best competition in the country.

Premier 
- Players must tryout. If placed, they will be challenged by top level professional coaching, premier level competition and quality teammates. 
- Youth level (U9-U14), will focus on developing the individual’s skill, understanding, athletics and character. 
- High School level (U15-U18), will continue to focus on development while preparing and showcasing our players for college and beyond. 

Classic 
- Players are not required to tryout. 
- All players are eligible for placement. 
- Players receive professional coaching and appropriate levels of competition. 
- We focus on developing the individual’s skill, understanding and character to prepare them for the premier level and high school.

Youth Academy 
- All players are eligible (U7-U8) 
- Designed to prepare players for our premier and classic programs. 
- We focus on developing the individual’s skill, discipline and character
